Vince is a lifelong Marylander with connections across the state, from the greater Baltimore area and Washington, DC, down to the Eastern shore. A full-time agent since being licensed in 2017, he has over 160 transactions and prides himself on being transparent, honest, and insightful with his clients. Growing up in PG County and on the Eastern Shore, Vince has been a resident of the Baltimore area since college. Vince earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Towson University in 2014. Before embarking on his real estate career, he gained valuable experience working as a paralegal.

Stephanie Tekin brings a unique blend of expertise and dedication to every real estate transaction. As a member of the Martin Home Group of Coldwell Banker Realty, Stephanie joined father Gary Martin and brothers Jeremy and Tim Martin in “the family business” in 2022. Entering her fourth year as a REALTOR®, she leverages nearly 30 years of experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for the mortgage lending industry. Her deep knowledge of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae requirements, combined with an in-depth understanding of the residential loan process, ensures her clients receive exceptional guidance from start to finish. A proud Frederick County resident since 1996, Stephanie specializes in the City of Frederick, Walkersville, Mount Airy, and New Market, while maintaining familiarity with the entire county and surrounding areas.
