About Me

Vince is a member of the Martin Home Group of Coldwell Banker Realty. The Martin Home Group is the top Coldwell Banker Realty team in the greater Baltimore area. Vince understands his client's unique needs and uses technology, data, and experience to help them reach their real estate goals. He holds several designations that distinguish him among the top educated and knowledgeable realtors. 

Vince graduated from Towson University in 2014 with a bachelors degree in business law. He worked as a paralegal prior to becoming a Realtor. Vince grew up on Kent Island, MD and has lived in the Baltimore area since graduating college.

As a family man and homeowner, myself, I understand that your home is more than just a place to live - it's where you make long-lasting memories.  Treating clients like family is a guiding principle and a way of life for me.  I'm passionate about providing exceptional customer service and am dedicated to client's needs.  My can-do attitude and caring nature are ideal for identifying each client's desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, I have lived in several neighborhoods over the years. So, I understand and appreciate the many unique benefits of living and working in the area with its unmatched culture and amazing restaurants! I attended Morgan State University and am a graduate of the Community College of Baltimore County, with a degree in Information Technology.  I have worked in wide variety of fields ranging from hospitality to project and account management with a primary focus always being customer service.  My attention to detail and ever-increasing love of learning new things led me to jump at the chance to work in Real Estate and utilize my extensive professional background and passion for service to help clients take the next step in their homeownership journey.

My wife and I own our home in the Northeast Baltimore region, so I am very familiar with the community and all it has to offer.  As a team member of The Martin Home Group of Coldwell Banker Realty, along with my wife, I truly have the "family" support, expertise and experience needed to help you in every aspect of your home purchase or sale.

When I'm not in the office you'll often find me DJ'ing a party or event, coaching youth basketball, serving in ministry at my church or enjoying time with friends and family.

As one of the newer members of the Martin Home Group of Coldwell Banker Realty, I am excited to join father Gary Martin and brothers Jeremy and Tim Martin in "the family business." A longtime Frederick County resident, I come from a 27-year background in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on multi-family housing for the mortgage lending industry.  As such, I am well-versed in a wide variety of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae requirements, and possess an in-depth understanding of factors affecting the residential real estate loan process. My family and I have been active in the Frederick County and Town of Walkersville communities for many years, and I look forward to using my skills and expertise to help meet your real estate needs in Frederick County and surrounding areas.
