Vince excels in understanding his clients’ unique needs and leverages cutting-edge technology, comprehensive data analysis, and extensive experience to help them achieve their real estate goals. He holds multiple prestigious designations, underscoring his status as one of the most educated and knowledgeable realtors in the industry.

Vince earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from Towson University in 2014. Before embarking on his real estate career, he gained valuable experience working as a paralegal. A native of Kent Island, MD, Vince has been a resident of the Baltimore area since his graduation.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, I have lived in several neighborhoods over the years. So, I understand and appreciate the many unique benefits of living and working in the area with its unmatched culture and amazing restaurants! I attended Morgan State University and am a graduate of the Community College of Baltimore County, with a degree in Information Technology.  I have worked in wide variety of fields ranging from hospitality to project and account management with a primary focus always being customer service.  My attention to detail and ever-increasing love of learning new things led me to jump at the chance to work in Real Estate and utilize my extensive professional background and passion for service to help clients take the next step in their homeownership journey.

My wife and I own our home in the Northeast Baltimore region, so I am very familiar with the community and all it has to offer.  As a team member of The Martin Home Group of Coldwell Banker Realty, along with my wife, I truly have the "family" support, expertise and experience needed to help you in every aspect of your home purchase or sale.

As a member of the Martin Home Group of Coldwell Banker Realty, I am excited to have joined father Gary Martin and brothers Jeremy and Tim Martin in “the family business.” A longtime Frederick County resident, I come from a 27-year background in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on multi-family housing for the mortgage lending industry.  As such, I am well-versed in a wide variety of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae requirements, and possess an in-depth understanding of factors affecting the residential real estate loan process. My family and I have been active in the Frederick County and Town of Walkersville communities for many years, and I look forward to using my skills and expertise to help meet your real estate needs in Frederick County and surrounding areas.
